O Oscar de Melhor Mixagem de Som é uma das categorias da maior premiação do cinema mundial, concedida pela Academia de Artes e Ciências Cinematográficas, a premiação reconhece a melhor efeito acústico, sucessão de sons agradáveis, gravação, design de som e edição de som. Geralmente os condecorados são os responsáveis pelo som da produção e editores de som supervisores do filme vencedor.
Até o ano de 2021 as categorias de Melhor Mixagem de Som e Melhor Edição de Som eram distintas, mas a partir desta data as categorias irão se unir para de fato premiar o melhor som (áudio) do cinema mundial.
